About this session
Energy GCCs are moving into a new phase. Beyond engineering and digital delivery, they can increasingly own global digital products, remote asset monitoring, AI platforms, cyber response and other mission-critical capabilities.
The next step is not simply bringing more complex work to India. It is giving India-based teams end-to-end accountability for products and business outcomes, supported by operating data, budgets and global decision rights.
The discussion will focus on which mission-critical mandates can move to GCCs next, what it takes to run them from India at global scale, and how companies build centres that own outcomes rather than tasks.
